Attention Recruiters and Hiring Managers,

For my entire working career I have been in a position of trust, working with individuals, families, and small and medium size teams to deliver results as Safety and Driver Relations Coordinator for Magnum Trucking, a Financial Service Professional, Mortgage Lender, and Pilot and Instructor for a major airline.  I understand what a commitment to thoroughness is, and how important confidentiality is within an organization.  I have successfully demonstrated my entire career, exceptional team management, task prioritization and time management skills to always deliver the product, service or task ahead of schedule.

As a member of Magnum Trucking Safety Department I am responsible for creating and delivering our training cirriculum to our new hire and veteran company drivers.  Additionally i am responsible for our forklift training and inspection program for all 13 of our terminals and 3 warehouses.

In my previous employment at New York Life I was responsible for helping individuals and families with their retirement and insurance planning needs and managing individual customer portfolio’s as much as 1 million dollars.  As an owner of a mortgage company and a mortgage lender, I was responsible for making sure that I or an employee accomplished our responsibilities on time, as we helped our clients through one of the most stressful moments of their life, the purchase or refinance of a home.

As a Captain and Instructor for Northwest Airlines and the North Dakota Air National Guard I had the responsibility of training pilots in the classroom, in simulators and on aircraft.  Additionally, I was also a designated evaluator for the Federal Aviation Administration.  These jobs and responsibilities are only given to the best and most reliable individuals.  Additionally, every day  pilots are required to identify and deal with safety related issues, resulting from poor runway and ramp conditions, weather situations, and various abnormalities and emergency situations, that require a correct response to the challenge in order to prevent a possible tragedy that could result in injury, or loss of life to an individual(s), or the loss of property valued in the millions of dollars or both.

I have extensive knowledge of web design, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media, Web 2.0 tools and extensive use with Camtasia, Gotomeeting and Gotowebinar software in addition to Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.  I recently completed the coursework for Facebook Marketing Success Summit 2010 and in 2009 obtained the Expert Author status with Ezinearticles.com
